About Bert

Bert Butkus helps his clients become more comfortable and confident with their financial situation. He uses a holistic approach to explore each client’s situation, determine their goals, and develop strategies to achieve them. To best support his clients, he prefers the independent approach found at Generational Wealth Advisors. He believes his client’s needs must always be first. Prior to his work in the financial industry, his career included consulting with and supporting many organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, to utilize advanced financial and business analytics software technology to gain efficiencies and competitive advantage. He is able to leverage this experience and have greater insight into financial planning solutions to better serve his clients.

On a more personal note, he enjoys spending time with family, working out, and being active. His motto is “Fit for Life”. During the winter, he loves to ski. He volunteers at Feed My Starving Children, Minnie’s Food Pantry, and a career transition group. He lives in North Carrollton with his wife Angela and has two adult children. He is a member of Mary Immaculate Church and serves on the Board of Directors, as Treasurer, for his homeowners’ association.
